Sea trout catch by fishing method

In 2024, 96% of the total annual reported catch, including released and retained sea trout, was accounted for by the rod fisheres. Fixed engine fisheries accounted for 1% and net and coble fisheries accounted for 3%. Of the retained catch, rods accounted for 61%, compared to 14% for fixed engine and 25% for net and coble.
